Emma Stone in Lanvin - 2012 Golden Globe Awards

Emma Stone was another best dressed attendee at the 2012 Golden Globe Awards on Sunday.
The 'Amazing Spider Man' actress completely blew me away with her choice of dress which is why I put her as my number two best dressed of the night. Here she is looking sensational...

Dress: Lanvin (Custom-made)
Heels: Lanvin 'Opanca' Sandals
Clutch: Cartier Satin Box Clutch

Emma's custom made gown was by her favourite and most worn designer, Lanvin. Her deep plum tulle siren gown also had raspberry panelling on the side insert and strong embroidered shoulders, she accessorized with a crystal eagle belt and heels from Lanvin's Spring 2012 collection. I think the deep plum colour looks divine on her fair skin and red hair plus the raspberry sides give it an edge that other gowns simply didn't have. The sexy thigh split was also a major detail that attracted me to the gown - only someone like Emma could get away with a gown like this at the Golden Globes. I'm officially obsessed with her dress which is why I put her as my #2 best dressed...you can only guess who my #1 was!

Emma completed her perfect look with a chic chignon and a shimmery smokey eye with plenty of Kohl to offset her tough girl, standout gown. Only Emma could pull something like this off, she's high fashion enough to carry it off with ease and all I can say is, gimme more!

Emma Stone in Lanvin - W Magazine’s Annual Golden Globe Awards Celebration

Emma Stone attended the W Magazine Annual Golden Globe Awards Celebration last night looking sensational once again. The young actress wore a look I instantly recognized and believe me I'd been dying to see this dress on the red carpet and of course, Emma really impressed me.

Dress: Lanvin Spring 2012
Shoes: Lanvin H11 Satin Pumps
Clutch: Lanvin 'Snake' Evening Clutch

Emma wore this colour-block Lanvin Spring 2012 silk dress which had a tri-colour of black, nude and rose all over. The standout detail was the embroidered snake motif around around the neck which actually stemmed from the bottom of the dress. I'm obsessed with the colour combinations and of course the crystal snake is just stunning, a very interesting design from Alber but my favourite piece from the collection. Emma looked stunning as always and carried a complementary Lanvin clutch.

Emma's completed look consisted of soft wavy tresses and coppery eye shadow which complements her dress perfectly, I definitely agree that this dress needs this sort of make-up to not wash the wearer out. Emma gets two thumbs up from me, wow!

Emma Stone in Lanvin - Glamour Women of The Year Awards

In my last post I spoke of the best dressed ladies at the Glamour Women of the Year Awards, Jennifer Lopez was the first and now for the final one, Emma Stone. Emma stood out among a sea of well dressed women along with J-Lo which is why I only posted about the two of them - both stood out and made a big impression.
Emma always steps up her game and this even was no different, she looked gorgeous as always and wore one of her favourite designers, Lanvin.

Dress: Lanvin Resort 2012

Shoes: Lanvin Spring 2011 Pumps

Bag: Lanvin Spring 2011 Shoulder Bag

Emma looked like an ethereal goddess in her golden yellow silk dress with two thigh splits - the colour does wonders for her pale skin and red hair. She is always wowing us with her red carpet choices and this is no different, she goes all out to and is always in the biggest designers.

Emma's pleated dress was also accented with a contrasting grosgrain waistband to add definition and she is showing us some leg like the other best dressed lady J-Lo. Emma's gown has quite a grecian feel to it which is also why it stood out to be along with the beautiful colour which not many people wear, she accessorized with  a chain Lanvin egg clutch, nude leather Lanvin heels and a beautiful gold multi-strand Lanvin necklace - perfection.

Emma finished her flaw free look with a wavy up-do and soft eye make-up along with a glossy lip.

MTV VMA's 2011: Beyoncé

Last but definitely not least, we have Beyoncé! She was definitely my favourite of the night because of her beautiful Lanvin dress but also because she's pregnant!!!! My jaw dropped when I saw B holding her adorable baby bump, its what I and everybody else have been waiting to hear and I couldn't be more excited for her and Jay-Z, they're going to make amazing parents! Such a beautiful way to announce it, so so happy for them!

Dress: Lanvin Fall 2011

Shoes: Rene Caovilla

Jewellery: Lorraine Schwartz

Beyoncé wore this gorgeous draped gown from Lanvin's Fall 2011 collection in a bright orangey red which is much better than the nude runway version! The cut away detail and one shoulder looked beautiful with her baby bump which she wasn't showing in this picture but isn't she just glowing?

And here was our first peek of the baby bump, B looks so beautiful here that I'm lost for words! Happiness is radiating from within and damn it suits her! Back to the dress, the colour looked sensational on her and the dress itself had a very glamorous feel to it unlike some of the other attendees!
She finished her look with Lorraine Schwartz jewels, including a beautiful emerald ring which was a nice contrast from her dress and white diamond earrings, perfection!

A side sweeping ponytail and pretty make-up complete B's look, she just looks amazing and I'll be on the look out for her maternity style!

Congratulations Beyoncé & Jay Z!!

That's it for my VMA's instalment, hope you've all enjoyed it!

Teen Choice Awards, 2011: Actresses!

Continuing from my post about the Kardashians at last nights TCA's, I'm dedicating this post to all the actresses who didn't fit in any other category! All of the ladies that I've chosen look amazing, there's only three of them but they all looked individual in their outfits and are regular red (in this case, blue) carpet favourites of mine! Lets get on with it:

Cameron Diaz in ALC mini dress & Burak Uyan sandals:

One of my fav actresses of all time, Cameron Diaz never disappoints me with her outfit choices and I like that she kept her look natural, not overly made up at all, although that's classic Cameron!
That nude ALC mini dress looks great on her killer body and I'm loving those sandals, they're gorgeous!

As always, Cameron kept her hair & make-up natural and fresh. She wore very little make-up, just a little to accentuate those amazing eyes of hers and kept her hair simply straight, lovely!

Zoe Saldana in Lanvin Resort 2012 & Alexander McQueen pumps:

My girl Zoe wore an extremely new Lanvin Resort 2012 pleated dress which I love on her! The colour looks amazing on her and those Alexander McQueen pumps are to die for, plus the gold in the shoes works beautifully with the dress! I love Zoe and always adore what she wears, she really is becoming a fashion icon!

How damn beautiful is this girl? My God...that smile & those eyes are hypnotizing, she's so beautiful it hurts! That's all I'm saying about Zoe, she's drop dead gorgeous...take a look for yourself!

Rachel Bilson in Chloé Resort 2012 & Brian Atwood ''Cohen Borchie'' boots:

The pretty Rachel also wore a brand new Resort 2012 dress, hers was by Chloé and it was heavily modified from the original but still lovely! I definitely like this dress on Rachel, she looks gorgeous in white/mint green...can't figure out what colour the dress is lol! Only criticism I have is her choice of footwear, I love those boots but not with this dress, the dress is too soft and pretty to be paired up with spikes - replace the shoes and its perfection!

Her hair & make-up was simple, her hair was wavy however I prefer it when its poker straight..she looks amazing like that! She had a neutral smoky eye & nude lip combo for make-up, so pretty!

Those were my favourite actresses that didn't fit in any other category, hope you liked it!
