Rachel McAdams in Peter Som - ‘Journey 2: The Mysterious Island’ LA Premiere

Rachel McAdams attended the Premiere of 'Journey 2: The Mysterious Island in LA a few nights ago. The beautiful actress wore a very head turning look which for me was arguably the best of last week.

Rachel wore this stunning mermaid-like Peter Som Spring 2012 gown. The dress look complicated at first glance but then you notice its a simple electric blue knit tee paired with a gorgeous vibrant blue floral-print maxi skit with a thigh split. I absolutely adore how the shades of blue pop on Rachel's complexion and that maxi skit is simply to die for, the thigh split gives enough sex appeal without overpowering the chicness. She accessorized with a blue snakeskin clutch and black Jimmy Choo pumps. Her best look of 2012 for sure, I'm in love with it. 

The stunning actress continued with her mermaid-like look pairing her dress with beachy waves and flawless make-up. Simply drop dead gorgeous. 

Zoe Saldana in Givenchy Couture - 2012 Screen Actors' Guild Awards

Zoe Saldana is the last of my best dressed starlets at the 2012 SAG Awards which were held last Sunday in LA. The 'Colombiana' actress was there on presenting duties and believe me the moment I heard she was attending I was dying to see what she would show up in and believe it or not, I had a feeling she would go for Givenchy Couture as its become quite the relationship the two have formed during Awards season.

Zoe became the first to wear a Givenchy Spring 2012 Couture gown on the red carpet and considering the collection was shown just days before, she needs a round of applause! Her exquisite, white silk organza gown had a drop waist embroidered with shimmering crystals. Her gown also had a cluster of embellishments around the neck and on the drop waist detail - she might be in Couture but Zoe is still her edgy self. I also loved the crystals all over the hemline and split, its ridiculously pretty. 

The pretty actress completed her look with diamond earrings, a loose up-do and flawless make-up. Loved everything. 

Emma Stone in Alexander McQueen - 2012 Screen Actors' Guild Awards

Emma Stone also attended the 2012 SAG Awards last Sunday night which were held in LA. The red head beauty was there to support her critically acclaimed movie 'The Help' which was been raking in the awards this season. As always, Emma gave us a breath of fresh air in her fashion choices - she's been amazing all this Awards season and one of the last stops is the Oscars, I'm holding my breath!

Emma went in the opposite direction by choosing this black, tea length Alexander McQueen Pre-Fall 2012 dress which is also one of our first looks at this collection on the red carpet. Emma is usually a fan of long wispy dresses so it was definitely a surprise to see her in something so cutesy. Her dress had a very fitted corset which showed off her tiny waist to perfection along with an explosion of lace on the bustier. And as always, Emma accessorized perfectly with her to die for Alexander McQueen clutch from the same collection...the lace, the gold skull-and-horse clasp have me in total awe. Head to toe perfection. 

Emma completed her stunning look with gold jewels, and elegant up-do and a magenta lippie. Gorgeous. 

Amber Heard in Zac Posen - 2012 Screen Actors' Guild Awards

Amber Heard attended the 2012 SAG Awards on Sunday evening looking all vixen like. The 'Rum Diaries' actress always looks picture perfect in her daring ensembles and this was no different, after missing Ms Heard at the Globes I was very glad to see her at the SAG's last weekend.

In true Amber style, she chose this sexy structured dress from Zac Posen's Pre-Fall 2012 collection which has small cut-outs at the shoulders, waist and bust. It seems black was the colour of the night as many starlets and veterans opted for the dark shade. The beautiful actress accessorized wit H Stern jewels and some killer posing on the red carpet, I just adore her. 

Amber completed her look with an elegant and voluminous up-do to follow in the footsteps in her dark dress. Bronze eye shadow and nude lips added the finishing touches, love it. 

Rose Byrne in Elie Saab Couture - 2012 Screen Actors' Guild Awards

'Bridesmaids' actress Rose Byrne attended the 2012 SAG Awards last Sunday held in LA. The pretty Australian drew a few gasps with her outfit of choice and it was one of the most talked about of the night, people either loved that she dared to not stick with tradition while others thought it was completely inappropriate -I for one, adored it which is why she's one of my best dressed.

Rose wore this stunning fully embroidered white jumpsuit from Elie Saab's Fall 2009 Couture collection with structured shoulders which also had a plunging neckline and waistband to accentuate her tiny waist. I think Rose's daring choice is sensational, the jumpsuit itself is absolutely beautiful it just looks incredibly chic yet very feminine. She accessorized her perfect look with Jimmy Choo heels and clutch - one of the absolute best of the night by far. 

Another eye catching detail was Rose's blunt bob cut with a bold fringe - it couldn't be more perfect, so structured yet it frames her very pretty face amazingly. Flawless make-up and a beaming smile completed the look. 

Angelina Jolie in Jenny Packham - 2012 Screen Actors' Guild Awards

The beautiful Angelina Jolie attended the 2012 SAG Awards on Sunday night to support her partner Brad's nomination. The stunning pair glided down the red carpet and left every other person in the shade, I was watching it live on E! and everything stops when these two arrive, its truly like royalty had arrived then again - they are Hollywood's Kind and Queen!

Angelina wore this liquid black metal gown with a draped front from Jenny Packham's Fall 2011 collection. I think the reason Angie didn't go all out like at the Globes was because she wasnt nominated and didn't want to take the spotlight away from Brad. To me she always looks beautiful whatever she wears and to be honest, she wears black gowns extremely well. Her simple dress was accessorized with vintage gold jewels which had everybody going crazy as they looked so stunning against the black. Perfect, as always. 

When you're the most beautiful woman there its not hard to looks insanely amazing - Angie completed her look with a back combed hair to let her earrings shine and sultry smoky eyes which she's been a wearing a lot lately. Beautiful. 

Lea Michele in Atelier Versace - 2012 Screen Actors' Guild Awards

Lea Michele was another well dressed attendee at the 2012 SAG Awards last Sunday night in LA. The 'Glee' actress bounced back from the backlash over her Marchesa dress at the Golden Globes.
I may not be Lea's biggest fan due to her unnecessary over posing but even I can't deny that she looked spectacular, if not the absolute best dressed of the night.

Lea chose this beautiful pale grey, silk chiffon gown from Atelier Versace's Fall 2010 collection. In true Versace style, this is pure sex bomb - the very high thigh split screams sexy and the full train screams glamour, perfection. The gown is just stunning and most definitely worthy of the SAG Awards, it's beautifully made and it just seemed to glide down the red carpet effortlessly. This is undoubtedly Lea's best red carpet look ever which is why I'm pretty adamant that she was the best dressed starlet there, wow.  

The pretty actress completed her glamorous look with beautiful blown out waves and flawless make-up along with a selection of diamonds to give her gown the full impact. Absolutely amazing.
